RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer a 10 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is applicable only when costs do not exceed Rs. 70 and for pincodes covered by our courier partners. In case charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non-serviceable pincodes, customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Returns / Replacement and / or Refund Policy gives buyers an option to return or replace the products purchased and / or refund is offered. 

  1. Return / Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the respective Seller(s) and Return / Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:

    a) If it is determined that the product is damaged while in your possession;

    b) Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable);

    c) Any product not in its original condition;

    d) Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

    e) Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

    f) The product is different from what was shipped to you;

    g) Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

    h) Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.

  2. Replacement is further subject to availability of the product (size, color etc.) and is limited to one request. In certain cases where respective Seller is unable to process a replacement request for any reason, a refund will be given.

  3. Refund will be initiated as per the applicable modes mentioned below. Refund amount shall be credited to the Customer as per below mentioned applicable refund mode with 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of product by the Seller. We may request for information / documents to verify your credentials before initiating refund.

Note: In case you have received a product in a physically damaged condition or different product than the product ordered, please call us and inform our customer care representative on +91 9987768464 immediately and in any case not later than 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of the product, failing which product will not be returned. The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or else we will refund your money.
